Born in Germany, Caroline and her family moved to New Zealand when she was six, following the Chernobyl disaster.

Her career to date has taken her from working for Qantas in Australia to Production Manager for Multi Media Systems in Wellington and now TIA. She helps organise a wide variety of TIA events, including TRENZ, Prime Minister forums and member workshops around the country.

Caroline is an action woman, playing the full-on contact sport roller derby for Richter City, where she competes as Kaiser Suzi. She’s also an animal lover, volunteering at the SPCA and sharing her home with Burmese cats Fry and Laurie and four chooks – Ella, Nina, Dusty and Aretha.
