Great reasons to become a TIA member

Great reasons to become a TIA member

"Part of our business strategy is to analyse how effective our partners have been and our membership with TIA was renewed without hesitation. We've had good support from TIA on several industry issues which required independent advice. TIA's National and Regional Tourism Summits were packed with good information and networking opportunities. T-Mail is always worth taking the time to read and as a result we now have auto tweets and are doing a second social media course."

Will and Rose Parsons, Owners/Operators, Driftwood Retreat & Eco-Tours

TIA is New Zealand tourism’s peak industry body. It is the only independent association that works on behalf of the businesses and organisations, large and small, that make up the $24 billion tourism economy. TIA’s mission is “through leadership, influence and action, achieve tangible benefits for the tourism industry and New Zealand”.

As leader of the Tourism 2025 growth framework, TIA understands where the biggest impacts are needed for the industry to achieve our aspirational growth targets. With the support of our members and business partners, we advocate on the projects and initiatives that will truly make a positive difference to tourism, both now and in the future. The more members and support TIA has, the stronger our collective voice and the more influence we have on the decision makers.
