TIA Workshop Series 2010

In 2010 TIA has hosted a total of eighteen workshops in eight locations across the country 

Online Technology and Social Media

• This workshop involved both interactive and lecture style components, with attendees each seated at their own computer and working on their own examples.  Topics covered included search engine optimization, Google analytics, and social media e.g Trip Advisor, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter and blogs.  A DVD of this workshop will also be available for purchase late 2010.

Being a great employer workshop

• The Being a great employer workshop included speakers from ACC, Immigration and the Department of Labour, as well as a Grant Thornton presentation on GST and Budget changes.  There were some excellent presentations and these are available in the members only zone for all TIA members to access.
